Music Bio

Hello, I’m Mrs. Kassie! As former Executive Director of Musical Theatre at Sessions Music in Houston, I hold extensive experience with grade Pre-K through 12. I attribute my passion for voice and piano to the admiration and assurance I received from my family at such a young age, and I strive to do the exact same for my students. 

When teaching, I use compassionate, encouraging dialogue to help my students transform uncertainty into confidence. I’ve found what students need most of all is teacher who wholeheartedly believes in them. I constantly assess my students’ unique learning styles, customizing practice schedules, lesson plans, and performance goals to meet their specific needs. No two students are the same, and neither should be any lesson. My favorite part about teaching is creating an environment where my students actually have fun, learn, and get the freedom to explore their own abilities as an artist.
